Who Was Theophilus?
It's perplexing to scholars-there doesn't seem to be any official by that name that Dr. Luke could be writing to at that time (well whenever that was). Or was it an inside joke as he was writing to a "friend of god"? So many things that are not known.

Does it teach about the entire Bible? Or just the certain parts they want you to see?
