I agree....I mean...really...a tanning salon in the Keys. MMMM..... You are correct...Key West is a really good time if you like taking it to the edge!! My husband and I were partying down there once and we stumbled in a bar....everyone in the bar was naked with body paint all over them!! We were pretty shell shocked and thought we had seen it all. There was a couple in the corner naked, her sitting in his lap..going at it as if no one was looking!! We saw that once before in a bar in New Orleans..but at least she had a skirt on!! We did not stay long...and refused to sit down for obvious reasons.

I'm surprised it was a co-ed bar. But a lot has changed since AIDS decimated the locals. The last time I was there was in 1995. We were sailing with the Scouts from Key Largo to Key West and back. We went to Jimmy Buffet's place to eat and had to keep a tight reign on our charges. Didn't get to the trendy places. BTW- it was probably liquid latex. That stuff is quite popular for costumes and comes in many colors. I wonder if it is the same stuff I sell for dipping tool handles in? (Real workman's tools like wrenches, pliers, and such!!)

Interesting article. Thanks for posting Max. The conservatives need to spend more time listening to guys like Frum and less time listening to Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly, et. al.

Exactly! I have no problem with conservatism. But the brand lately doesn't make a lick of sense.

Not a very conservative thing to do was it. RINO Romney was a flawed candidate with a flawed history of flawed legislation. The Repubs use to believe that personal responsibility was a core value. I'm not sure what their principles are any more and clearly they do not either.

I can't find statistics on this but it would be interesting and perhaps telling if we could find out how many of the voters in the precincts that voted 98%+ for Obama are truly self sufficient. By that I mean not getting section 8, food stamps or other forms of welfare.

They could care less. Remember, voter fraud and vote buying are not important as long their guy came out on top. The are busy talking on their Obama-phones.
