Civil Atty Needed

There are many good reasons why lawyers don't want to go against the system in the same county in which they practice. I have a civil suit pending in another AZ county, and I don't want to hire someone who is beholden to that county's system. My suit involves withholding of public records, corruption, and the discovery and exposure of both the co atty and the sheriff as being involved in a cover-up. THIS IS NOT IN MARICOPA CO. This should be a easy to win as all the evidence is there. I'm willing to discuss it with serious licensed lawyers. The issues of public access to public records are non-partisan. New lawyers or students are OK. This case could make big news, and be a vehicle for someone to gain more business. Further details will be supplied by phone or in person.

2. Get a Federal Courts book by Wright, publisher:West, you might be able to find this at a used book store, goodwill or thrift store for about 80 cents. This will youteach the basics of how the court procedures work and how your opposing attorney may use the practice of motions, amends, and dismissals on merit, jurisdication, etc.

3. Write everything down about your case and then attach law that defends it. Again do this through researching the internet. http://www.chanrobles.com is a good law library. They also have a law library in jail - if you are incarserated.


4. Learn to understand what the judge who responds to you says, that means get on the internet and look up every case he referrences. Even though you may think this is not helpful, there is a good chance your opposing argument is found in the cases the judge references.
