With a vaccum pump, the ones that are used for treatment of ED (tension rings) are so damn tight it's nearly painful. I've bruised my cock with one, its so tight. I ended up buying the largest sizes available and it's still uncomfortable!
And you are instructed to NOT keep it on for any more than thirty minutes.

Now YOU were probably talking about the "for fun" cock rings. They really aren't made to be as tight as the medical ones, with good reason. Too many people would leave it on to long and permanently damage their cocks. I for one wouldn't want to lose my cock to gangrene because I didn't know when to take the ring off.
