You'll know when you receive one.....but I think when you enabled yours, you checked too many of the boxes because when I checked, I got the "cannot send" message. Only the first one that says enable private messages should be checked. Go back to User CP and review/correct what you did. If all else fails, maybe a mod. can help.

go under the user cp there is the option for the private message, make sure it's unabled. nice and easy
