getting no response from support after numerous attempts

I have recently had two of my ads community removed out of escorts and women seeking men.nothing has changed about the ads other than renewing .I have been using this site to post for a good amount of time and I do not understand why all of a sudden my ads are being removed.one of them was a sponsor ad.it states that they can't be community removed..is someone fuc...... with me or is bp trying to get more money out of us.nothing is different with my ads.there was no reason why they were removed and yes I'm pissed.I refuse to repost any more ads unless they fix this.I have emailed them several times and still no response.any help or s***estions? I had inquired a few days prior as to why my ads in woman seeking men keep getting removed.I thought that a sponsor ad (the ones on the right side of page) couldn't be removed by someone.this is the second time this happened.and instead of getting an answer back I got this email asking me to validate my account? I'm confused..I am signed into my account everyday..please get back to me as to why and who keeps eemoving my ads in that listing.I had just reposted that.thank you.

That was the response I recieved.I asked again..what about my ads being removed?? Totally being ignored..I am really pissed about this and would like to know who in orange county I can contact to get this straightened out?? Feel free to contact me by phone or email..thanks for listening
