Some of the videos are fake, but some are real. Actually, the preferred term today is "intersexed." A true hermaprodite would have complete internal
and external organs of both genders. I think there have only been a few in the history of medicine. Pseudohermaphrodites may have some of the sexual organs of both sexes. There are all sorts of other forms of intersexed people -- some may develop breasts, for example, (and perhaps other female characteristics) but have normal male sexual organs. Most people that are born with ambiguous genitalia are surgically corrected shortly after birth. Unfortunately, the corrections made are often wrong -- causing serious emotional and physical problems later in life.
