Stay away from Folks and O'Connor and Udall Shumway lawyers. I have personal experience and they make back room deals with judges they have associations with. If you are on the right cycle of them owing favors to other lawyers, or judges, then you win. If not, then you lose. Best to find a non- Mormon lawyer and a non-Mormon judge.
The Court system is about lawyers paying other lawyers for favors. Not about what is actually right for your family. I'm speaking from brutal experience here.

Choose a lawyer that you trust. When choosing a lawyer, make sure you are taking into account whether or not the lawyer as a person invokes a general feeling of trust. You cannot be successful with a lawyer with whom you are not comfortable telling the entire truth of the situation.
